Template Licence
The short version: use it for as many of your own clients as you like, in as many sub-accounts as you own. Don't resell the template itself or pass the share link to another agency.

What you get
Buying a template grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it in your own GoHighLevel account and in the accounts of clients you build for. Specifically, you may:
- Import the template into unlimited sub-accounts that you or your agency own or operate.
- Use it in paid client work, including work you charge for at any price you set.
- Edit anything — copy, images, colours, sections, section order, forms, automations.
- Save it into your own snapshot so the next client in that niche deploys faster.
- Keep using it indefinitely, including after this shop stops selling that template.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or give away the template as a template, in whole or in substantial part.
- Share your purchase share links with anyone outside your own agency, including another agency you partner with.
- List it — modified or not — on a template marketplace, snapshot store, membership site or course.
- Present it as your own product for sale. Using it to build a client's site is fine; selling it as a template is not.
The line is simple: the licence covers using the template, not distributing it.
The All-Access Pass
The All-Access Pass applies these same terms to all 23 templates, plus every template added to the shop afterwards, for one payment. It is a licence for one agency — it does not extend to partner agencies, franchisees you do not own, or members of a community you run.
Updates and re-imports
A share-link import is a one-time copy. If we improve a template after you import it, your imported version does not change — you re-import the updated share link to get the new version, and the copy already live in a client's account stays exactly as it is. All-Access Pass holders receive updated share links for every template; single-template buyers receive updated links for the templates they bought.
Ownership
The templates remain the intellectual property of GHLExpertly. What you own outright is the work you build with them: your copy, your images, your client's site. Nothing here transfers ownership of the underlying template design.
If the licence is breached
Redistribution ends the licence. Anything you have already built for clients under it stays licensed — we are not going to take a working client site offline — but further use, imports and updates stop, and repeat redistribution is handled as a copyright matter.
GoHighLevel itself
Templates import into your own GoHighLevel sub-account, and HighLevel bills you for the platform separately. This licence covers the template only. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc.; HighLevel Templates is an independent shop and is not affiliated with HighLevel Inc.
