Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address, entered at checkout or on a waitlist form. It is the delivery address for your share links and the way we reach you about the templates you own.
• Your order — which templates you bought, when, and the payment reference Stripe gives us. We keep this so we can resend links and honour update access.
• Anything you write to us, such as a template request or a support email.

What we do not collect

• Card details. Payment happens on Stripe's checkout; card numbers never reach this site or us.
• Your GoHighLevel account, sub-accounts, contacts or any data inside them. Importing a template is something you do inside your own account; we have no access to it.
• Accounts or passwords — there is nothing to sign into here.

Your cart stays in your browser

The cart is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us, not linked to you, and not readable by anyone else. Clearing your site data empties it. Nothing is sent anywhere until you start checkout.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe — payment processing, and the source of the order and email address attached to it.
• Our email provider — sends your share links, receipts and template update notices.
• Our hosting and CDN — serves these pages and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers at all. If that changes, this section will say what is running, and the date at the top of the page will change with it.

Marketing email

Buying a template gets you the emails that come with it: your links, your receipt, and notices when a template you own is updated. Anything beyond that is opt-in, and every email carries an unsubscribe link that works.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as we are obliged to for tax and accounting, and for as long as you might reasonably ask us to resend your links. Waitlist emails are deleted once the template ships and the notice has gone out, or on request.

Your rights

Email hello@highleveltemplate.com to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will do it, and we will not make you fill in a form to ask. Deleting your order record means we can no longer resend your share links, so keep a copy of the email first.

We do not sell your data

Not to anyone, for any price, ever. The business model is selling templates.
