Who you are buying from

HighLevel Templates is a template shop operated by HighLevel Templates, part of GHLExpertly. These terms apply to everything bought through highleveltemplate.com.

What you are buying

A GoHighLevel template: a set of pre-built pages, with the forms, booking steps and follow-up automations described on that template's product page, delivered as an importable share link. You are not buying a custom build, a done-for-you service, or your wider CRM structure. Custom builds are a separate service and run through GHLExpertly.

You need your own GoHighLevel account

Templates import into a GoHighLevel sub-account that you control. HighLevel bills you for the platform separately, and nothing sold here replaces or includes that subscription. If you do not have an account, the template cannot be imported.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page and in the cart. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Any tax due is calculated at checkout where applicable. Prices can change, but the price you paid is the price you paid.

Delivery

Delivery is instant and digital. Share links appear on the confirmation page as soon as payment completes, and the same links are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, along with the import guide. That email address is the delivery address — a typo in it is the most common reason an order appears not to arrive, and we will resend to the right address if you tell us.

Licence

What you may do with a template is set out in the template licence: unlimited installs inside your own agency, no resale or redistribution. Buying a template means accepting that licence.

What we do and do not promise

We promise the template contains what its product page says it contains, is built natively inside GoHighLevel, and is checked on desktop, tablet and mobile before it ships. We do not promise business results: a template is pages and automations, and what they produce depends on your offer, your traffic and your follow-up.

We also cannot promise that HighLevel will never change its page builder. Custom CSS is a maintenance item for every seller; we keep ours minimal and ship updates when a platform change affects a template.

Support

Support covers the template working as described and importing correctly. It does not cover building new pages, writing your copy, designing your brand, configuring your CRM, or teaching GoHighLevel. Those are services, and GHLExpertly quotes them separately.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a template is limited to what you paid for that template. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost leads or lost time.

Trademarks

GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. HighLevel Templates is an independent template shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HighLevel Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
